Michael is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Lakes area. He took the time to get to know exactly what we were and weren't looking for in a home and the properties he showed us met those desires. He was quick to let us know about new homes that came on the market. We love our new home and would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy in the Lakes area.

I expect a lot of the people I hire . Mike exceeded my expectations. I am not easy to deal with. It did not bother him. He worked with me for over two years NEVER pushing something on me I was unsure about. When I found what I wanted he was honest about its "warts". I wouldn't use anyone else for the Lakes area.
